You'll lead initiatives in quantum computing, biotech integration, and AI-driven sustainability while mentoring a team of future-focused analysts.
Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap across multiple technology domains
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify emerging trends and disruptive technologies
- Develop strategic frameworks for quantum computing adoption and biotech convergence
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-vision technologies into development pipelines
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and lead a cross-functional futurist research team
- Author thought leadership papers and industry-shaping white papers
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or emerging technologies
- Proven track record of developing and implementing 5+ year strategic roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI, or climate tech
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Published thought leader in futurism or technology forecasting (e.g., TEDx speaker, MIT Media Lab contributor)
- Experience leading teams of 10+ technical researchers or strategists
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent field
