Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology foresight
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of AI, biotech, quantum computing, and sustainable tech trajectories
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or similar preferred
