- Produce white papers and thought leadership on future-of-work paradigms
- Drive innovation sprints focused on quantum computing, biotech convergence, and climate tech
- Establish ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and digital sovereignty
- Mentor next-generation futurists through our Future Vision Academy
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Policy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Published thought leadership on future trends (Harvard Business Review/MIT Press)
- Proven ability to translate complex scenarios into executable business strategies
- Experience with Delphi methods, horizon scanning, and trend impact analysis
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-vision implementations
- Proficiency in strategic modeling tools (e.g., STEEP, causal layered analysis)
