Responsibilities
- Develop predictive models for 2026 technology adoption curves using proprietary foresight methodologies
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify and prioritize disruptive forces across 15+ industries
- Author annual '2026 Horizon Report' with actionable strategic recommendations for executive leadership
- Establish partnerships with MIT Media Lab, World Economic Forum, and other future-focused institutions
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for geopolitical and climate variables affecting 2026 business landscapes
- Mentor innovation teams in emerging technologies with 5-10 year commercialization horizons
- Present findings at global conferences including CES, Davos, and Web Summit
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or Quantitative Social Sciences
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methodology, and cross-impact matrix analysis
- Published author in peer-reviewed foresight journals or industry whitepapers
- Proficiency in Python/R for predictive modeling and data visualization tools
- Experience working with Fortune 500 companies on 5+ year strategic planning
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-shaping initiatives
