Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for the 2026 fiscal year, aligning technology investments with business objectives.
- Lead research and development initiatives focused on emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Readiness, Web3).
- Evaluate and integrate new software architectures to improve scalability, security, and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Marketing) to ensure seamless technology adoption.
- Identify potential risks in tech stacks and develop mitigation strategies for long-term projects.
- Mentor senior engineering leads on strategic decision-making and architectural best practices.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or product strategy.
- Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) and distributed systems.
- Proven track record of leading digital transformation initiatives and technology forecasting.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data to drive strategic decisions.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of translating technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; Master’s degree preferred.
