- Develop quantum error correction protocols achieving <10^-9 fault tolerance
- Create secure quantum communication networks resistant to decryption by classical computers
- Lead quantum algorithm optimization for real-world industrial applications
- Collaborate with Nobel laureates to translate theoretical quantum mechanics into functional systems
- Drive quantum cloud infrastructure development for enterprise clients
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering with 8+ years industry experience
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum computing or quantum information theory
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or equivalent quantum programming frameworks
- Proven track record of building fault-tolerant quantum systems with >500 qubits
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction codes (surface codes, color codes)
- Experience securing quantum networks with BB84 or E91 protocols
