Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing infrastructure supporting 1000+ qubit systems
- Develop hybrid classical-quantum architectures for industrial applications
- Lead quantum network security protocols for distributed quantum computing
- Optimize quantum error correction codes for commercial deployment
- Collaborate with Nobel laureates on quantum hardware-software co-design
- Architect quantum cloud services with <50ms latency requirements
- Drive quantum computing standards for the 2026 IEEE framework
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing/Physics or equivalent industry experience
- 5+ years designing fault-tolerant quantum systems
- Expertise in quantum error correction (surface/colour codes)
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, or similar quantum SDKs
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum architecture
- Certification in Quantum Cloud Infrastructure (AWS Braket/Azure Quantum)
- Experience with cryogenic quantum processor integration
- Deep understanding of quantum-classical hybrid workflows
