Responsibilities
- Develop novel quantum algorithms for optimization problems

- Present findings at quantum computing summits (Q2B, IEEE)
- Mentor PhD candidates in quantum information theory
- Patent at least 3 quantum innovations annually
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or equivalent
- 3+ years hands-on quantum algorithm development
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or Q# frameworks
- Published in top-tier quantum journals (Nature, Science)
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence mitigation
- Experience with cryogenic quantum systems
- Strong Python/C++ programming skills
- Security clearance eligibility preferred
