- Mentor a cross-disciplinary team of physicists, engineers, and computer scientists
- Secure $5M+ in government/private research funding
- Develop quantum-classical hybrid computing frameworks for enterprise clients
- Present findings at global quantum technology summits (e.g., Quantum Tech 2026)
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in quantum error correction or topological qubits
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Expertise in superconducting quantum systems or photonic computing
- Track record of securing DoE/NSF research grants
