Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for commercial applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum algorithms with 100+ qubit capabilities
- Develop error-correction protocols achieving 99.9% quantum gate fidelity
- Create quantum-classical hybrid system integration frameworks
- Research novel quantum materials and superconducting qubit designs
- Present breakthrough findings at international quantum conferences
- Mentor junior quantum engineers in cutting-edge methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven track record in quantum circuit design and quantum error correction
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence mitigation strategies
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals
- Experience with cryogenic quantum system integration
- Strong background in machine learning for quantum optimization
- Certification in quantum hardware architecture (e.g., IBM Qiskit)
