Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum architectures leveraging topological qubits and error correction protocols
- Develop quantum algorithms optimized for NISQ-era devices with 1000+ qubit systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in quantum hardware-software co-design initiatives
- Conduct research on quantum supremacy applications in cryptography and molecular simulation
- Establish quantum security frameworks for post-quantum cryptographic systems
- Collaborate with academic institutions to publish breakthrough research in Nature/Science journals
- Drive innovation in quantum cloud computing infrastructure for enterprise clients
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum circuit optimization and compiler design for major quantum platforms
- Proven track record publishing peer-reviewed quantum computing research
- Mastery of quantum error correction codes (surface, color, LDPC codes)
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and classical HPC systems
- Experience leading quantum technology R&D projects with $1M+ budgets
