Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals (Nature/Science/Physical Review X)
- Expertise in superconducting qubits, trapped ions, or photonic quantum systems
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, or equivalent quantum programming frameworks
- Track record of shipping production quantum algorithms with verifiable performance gains
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction codes (surface, color, LDPC)
