Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for 2026-era applications
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms to solve complex optimization problems
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum error correction and qubit stabilization
- Collaborate with hardware teams to integrate quantum processors with classical systems
- Create quantum security protocols for next-gen encryption systems
- Present quantum computing roadmaps to C-level stakeholders and technical boards
- Publish research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum computing architecture or quantum algorithm development
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction codes and fault-tolerance
- Published research in quantum computing or quantum information theory
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM, Rigetti, IonQ)
- Strong background in machine learning and classical computing optimization
