Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum computing architectures optimized for error correction and scalability beyond 2026 requirements
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms to solve complex optimization problems in logistics and financial modeling
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists, engineers, and software developers in quantum system integration
- Establish quantum security protocols resistant to both classical and quantum computing threats
- Author white papers and technical specifications for quantum hardware-software co-design standards

Qualifications
