Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation problems
- Architect hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks for enterprise clients
- Lead cross-functional teams in translating quantum research into production-ready solutions
- Develop error mitigation protocols for quantum coherence beyond 2026 thresholds
- Partner with hardware teams to define next-generation quantum processor specifications
- Present quantum computing roadmaps to C-suite executives and government stakeholders
- Contribute to quantum security protocols for post-quantum cryptography standards
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in quantum error correction or topological quantum computing
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#) with 100+ hours of implementation
- Proven track record of leading quantum computing projects with measurable outcomes
- Deep understanding of NISQ-era limitations and 2026-era quantum advantage opportunities
- Experience with cloud quantum platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket, or Azure Quantum)
- Certification in quantum systems architecture from recognized institutions
