Responsibilities

- Develop error correction protocols for 1000+ qubit quantum processors
- Create hybrid quantum-classical workflows for industrial-scale optimization problems
- Lead research on topological qubit implementations and quantum memory systems
- Collaborate with hardware teams to define quantum chip specifications
- Develop quantum algorithms for cryptography, materials science, and AI acceleration
- Establish quantum security frameworks for next-gen communications networks
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum error correction codes (surface, LDPC, topological)
- Proficiency with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Published research in quantum algorithms or quantum architecture design
- Experience with superconducting or photonic quantum computing platforms
- Deep understanding of NISQ-era limitations and fault-tolerant roadmap
- Strong background in computational complexity theory and quantum information theory
- Track record of leading quantum computing projects with measurable outcomes
