Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures for 2026 deployment
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum error correction protocols
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to optimize quantum-qubit stability
- Develop predictive models for quantum algorithm performance
- Research and implement novel quantum-entanglement techniques
- Present quantum computing roadmaps to C-suite executives and investors
- Secure and manage $50M+ quantum R&D initiatives
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of quantum computing architecture experience
- Published research in quantum error correction or topological qubits
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or quantum circuit optimization
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence mitigation strategies
- Proven track record of leading complex technical projects
- Experience with quantum machine learning frameworks
