Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum-resistant cryptographic systems for enterprise-scale applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation
- Architect hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks for real-world deployment
- Conduct research on quantum error correction and fault-tolerant systems
- Develop strategic roadmaps for quantum technology integration across business units
- Present quantum computing innovations to executive leadership and key stakeholders
- Mentor junior quantum engineers and establish best practices for quantum development
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience in quantum algorithm development or quantum-resistant cryptography
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and simulation frameworks
- Proven track record of publishing research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Deep understanding of quantum hardware architectures (superconducting, ion trap, photonic)
- Strong background in complex systems architecture and distributed computing
- Certification in quantum security (e.g., Quantum Computing Security Professional)
- Experience leading technical teams and managing R&D projects
