Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for 2026 deployment
- Lead quantum algorithm development for AI optimization and molecular simulation
- Develop error-correction protocols for 1000+ qubit systems
- Collaborate with materials science teams to engineer quantum processors
- Create quantum security frameworks for post-quantum cryptography
- Present quantum roadmaps to Fortune 500 partners and government agencies
- Mentor junior quantum engineers in cutting-edge techniques
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years experience with quantum circuit design and error correction
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, or similar quantum frameworks
- Deep understanding of quantum entanglement and superposition principles
- Experience with cryogenic quantum processor systems
- Strong background in quantum machine learning algorithms
- Proven track record of leading complex technical projects
