Responsibilities

- Optimize quantum algorithms for commercial deployment by 2026
- Partner with hardware teams to co-design quantum processors and error correction systems
- Present quantum computing roadmaps to C-suite executives and board members
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years experience in quantum algorithm design and fault-tolerant systems
- Expertise in quantum cryptography and post-quantum security protocols
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals (e.g., Nature Quantum)
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Experience leading quantum computing projects with budgets >$10M
