Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum error correction architectures for 1000+ qubit systems
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks for enterprise applications
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists, engineers, and software developers
- Research novel quantum algorithms with exponential speedup potential
- Optimize quantum hardware-software co-design for real-world deployment
- Secure patents and publish breakthrough research in top-tier journals
- Mentor junior researchers and establish quantum computing best practices
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (MS with 5+ years experience)
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in quantum computing or related fields
- Experience with superconducting or trapped-ion quantum systems
