Responsibilities
- Architect scalable quantum computing systems for enterprise applications by 2026
- Design hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for optimization problems
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Develop security frameworks for post-quantum cryptographic systems
- Collaborate with hardware teams to design qubit topologies and control systems
- Present quantum roadmaps to C-suite executives and venture partners
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum programming and algorithm design
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent expertise)
- 5+ years experience with quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Published research in quantum algorithms or quantum information theory
- Expertise in quantum error correction protocols (surface codes, LDPC)
- Proficiency with high-performance computing architectures
- Strong background in linear algebra and quantum mechanics
- Track record of translating theoretical concepts into practical implementations
