Responsibilities
- Architect scalable quantum computing frameworks for enterprise applications
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum error correction and decoherence mitigation
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for 2026 industry use cases

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in quantum algorithm development
- Proficiency in Q#, Qiskit, or quantum simulation frameworks
- Published research in quantum error correction or topological qubits
- Experience with superconducting or ion-trap quantum systems
- Strong background in distributed quantum networks
- Certification in quantum cryptography (e.g., QKD)
