Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum-AI integration frameworks for enterprise applications
- Lead research initiatives in quantum-resistant cryptography and post-quantum algorithms
- Develop strategic roadmaps for quantum adoption across healthcare, finance, and logistics sectors
- Mentor a team of quantum engineers and AI researchers
- Secure partnerships with quantum hardware providers and academic institutions
- Present breakthrough findings at global tech summits and publish in Nature/Science journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or Computational Physics (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum algorithm development or advanced AI research
- Published work in top-tier quantum/AI conferences (QIP, NeurIPS, etc.)
- Expertise in quantum machine learning frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, PennyLane)
- Strong background in topological quantum computing or fault-tolerant systems
- Experience leading technical teams and managing R&D budgets >$1M
- Deep understanding of NISQ-era limitations and post-2026 quantum roadmap
