Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms leveraging AI/ML optimization techniques
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum-resistant cryptographic protocols
- Author groundbreaking research publications for Nature/Science journals
- Architect scalable quantum computing architectures for enterprise applications
- Mentor PhD researchers and patent at least 3 breakthrough methodologies annually
- Present findings at global tech forums including IEEE Quantum Week
- Collaborate with ethics committees to ensure responsible AI deployment
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum algorithm development or quantum machine learning
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in top-tier peer-reviewed journals
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant systems
- Strong background in AI optimization and neural networks
- Experience with high-performance computing environments
- Security clearance preferred for government-contracted projects
