Responsibilities

- Mentor PhD candidates and postdoctoral researchers

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or related field with 5+ years research experience
- Published work in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals
- Proficiency in quantum programming (Q#, Cirq) and AI frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow)
- Demonstrated success in securing research funding ($500K+)
- Expertise in error correction for quantum systems
- Experience with quantum hardware (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, IonQ)
- Strong background in theoretical computer science or computational physics
