Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum machine learning models for 2026-era applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing fault-tolerant quantum computing protocols
- Author peer-reviewed publications for Nature/Science journals
- Secure $5M+ in government and private research grants
- Develop proprietary quantum encryption frameworks
- Mentor postdoctoral researchers in quantum-AI methodologies
- Interface with international quantum computing consortia
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or Physics (2020-2025 graduates preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on quantum algorithm development
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, and TensorFlow Quantum
- Experience with cryogenic quantum systems
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction
- Security clearance eligibility (US citizenship required)
