Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or Computational Physics with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven track record publishing in Nature/Science or equivalent quantum-AI research
- Expertise in quantum machine learning frameworks (e.g., PennyLane, Qiskit Machine Learning)
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Experience securing federal research grants (NSF/DARPA) preferred
