Responsibilities
- Architect and execute 2026 quantum-AI research roadmap targeting 1000+ qubit systems
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists, ML engineers, and domain experts
- Develop patent-pending quantum algorithms for optimization and machine learning
- Partner with industry giants to deploy quantum-AI solutions in finance, healthcare, and logistics
- Secure $5M+ in research grants and corporate partnerships
- Present findings at global conferences (Q2B, NeurIPS, IEEE Quantum Week)
- Mentor PhD researchers and publish 3+ high-impact papers annually
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or related field with 5+ years research experience
- Proven track record with quantum algorithms (QAOA, VQE, quantum ML)
- Expertise in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and quantum frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq)
