- Secure $10M+ in federal/private grants for 2026 technology roadmap
- Present breakthrough findings at global summits (Davos, Web Summit, IEEE Quantum)
- Collaborate with NASA, CERN, and MIT on next-gen quantum-AI applications
- Scale research operations to support 50+ quantum-AI researchers by 2026
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or Computational Physics from Tier-1 institution
- 5+ years leading quantum-AI projects with peer-reviewed publications in Nature/Science
- Expertise in quantum circuit design, error correction, and hybrid quantum-classical ML
- Proven grant-writing success ($5M+ secured)
- Experience with quantum hardware (IBM Q, Rigetti, D-Wave) and frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Strong patents portfolio (3+ granted in quantum/AI domains)
- Security clearance preferred for federal collaboration projects
