Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum neural network architectures

- Secure $2M+ in research grants for 2026 initiatives
- Collaborate with MIT and CERN on quantum supremacy experiments
- Mentor PhD researchers in quantum machine learning methodologies

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing or Theoretical Physics (exceptional MS with publications)
- 5+ years of quantum algorithm development experience
- Published research in quantum machine learning
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, and TensorFlow Quantum
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction protocols
- Experience securing government/NSF research funding
- Track record of translating theory to working prototypes
