Responsibilities
- Design and implement hybrid quantum-AI architectures for enterprise-scale applications
- Lead research initiatives in quantum machine learning algorithms and error correction
- Develop strategic roadmaps for quantum-AI integration with cloud infrastructure
- Mentor cross-disciplinary teams in quantum computing principles and AI optimization
- Secure patents for novel quantum-AI methodologies and frameworks
- Collaborate with academic institutions to publish breakthrough research in Nature/Science journals
- Drive ethical AI governance frameworks for quantum-powered autonomous systems
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Theoretical Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in quantum algorithm development or AI research
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq) and AI frameworks (TensorFlow Quantum)
- Published research in quantum machine learning or quantum cryptography
- Expertise in NISQ-era hardware constraints and optimization techniques
- Strong background in topological quantum computing or fault-tolerant systems
