Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle for the 2026 initiative, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
- Coordinate 15+ cross-functional teams across engineering, UX, and government partnerships
- Manage $15M+ budget with rigorous financial tracking and resource optimization
- Implement agile methodologies with bi-weekly sprint planning and retrospectives
- Develop comprehensive risk mitigation strategies for technical and regulatory challenges
- Present progress to C-suite and external stakeholders through executive dashboards
- Drive innovation workshops to identify emerging tech opportunities for 2026 roadmap
Qualifications
- 8+ years experience managing large-scale tech projects with $10M+ budgets
- PMP certification or equivalent advanced project management credentials
- Proven track record in urban mobility, IoT, or smart city infrastructure projects
- Expertise in JIRA, Asana, and MS Project with data-driven decision making
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills across public-private partnerships
- Advanced knowledge of agile/scrum frameworks and risk assessment frameworks
- Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience with AI/ML implementation in physical infrastructure systems
