Responsibilities
- Architect and execute multi-year roadmaps for the '2026' portfolio of quantum-AI integration projects
- Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, design, and product divisions
- Drive agile methodologies with Jira/Confluence while ensuring PMP-level governance
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite stakeholders and external partners
- Manage $5M+ budgets with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Champion innovation through hackathons and R&D incubation programs
- Ensure compliance with NIST AI Framework and emerging tech regulations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech project/program management with 5+ years in AI/quantum domains
- PMP or PgMP certification required; CSM or SAFe Agile a plus
- Proven track record of delivering enterprise-scale tech transformations
- Expertise in managing distributed teams across 3+ time zones
- Deep understanding of quantum computing architectures and LLM deployments
- Experience with federal grant applications and DARPA-style programs
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or ACM journals preferred
