- Drive innovation through stakeholder management, presenting progress to C-suite executives and external partners
- Oversee $50M+ budget allocation, optimizing resources while maintaining strict compliance with financial governance
- Implement risk mitigation strategies, anticipating market shifts and technological disruptions
- Mentor senior project managers, establishing best practices for scalable project delivery frameworks
- Champion data-driven decision making through KPI monitoring and performance analytics
Qualifications
- 10+ years in project leadership with 5+ years managing enterprise-scale technology initiatives
- Proven expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies with PMP certification required
- Track record delivering complex projects with $20M+ budgets across global teams
- Advanced proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and Asana with technical fluency in AI/ML workflows
- Exceptional strategic communication skills with experience presenting to executive boards
- MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science/Engineering preferred
