- Lead 15+ cross-functional teams across engineering, design, and product domains
- Develop and execute strategic roadmaps aligning with 2026 project milestones
- Drive innovation through agile methodologies and rapid prototyping
- Manage stakeholder communications with executive leadership and external partners
- Ensure compliance with emerging regulatory frameworks for next-gen technologies
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech leadership with 5+ years managing large-scale projects
- Expertise in AI/ML integration and emerging technology ecosystems
- Proven track record delivering complex projects in regulated industries
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong proficiency in agile frameworks (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban)
