Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end execution of the 2026 initiative, aligning technical strategy with business objectives
- Drive innovation in quantum computing applications and sustainable AI frameworks
- Mentor cross-functional teams across engineering, design, and product domains
- Develop and maintain stakeholder relationships with C-suite executives and external partners
- Implement agile methodologies to ensure rapid prototyping and iteration
- Conduct market analysis to identify emerging trends and competitive opportunities
- Oversee project budgeting and resource allocation for maximum efficiency
- Champion ethical technology development and sustainable practices
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, with 5+ in quantum/AI domains
- Proven track record of managing complex, multi-million dollar projects
- Expertise in agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and DevOps practices
- Strong background in emerging technologies: quantum computing, machine learning, or blockchain
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts to diverse audiences
- MS/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred
- Experience scaling teams and fostering innovation-driven cultures
- Certification in PMP, CSM, or equivalent project management qualification
