- Optimize resource allocation across $50M+ budget
- Secure 3+ patents annually in emergent technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech leadership with 3+ quantum/AI mega-projects
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Neuroengineering
- Proven track record scaling teams from 20 to 200+ members
- Expertise in ISO 42001 AI governance frameworks
- Published research in Nature/Science journals (2019-2023)
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming
