Responsibilities
- Strategize and execute the 2026 Project roadmap, aligning technical deliverables with business objectives and market trends
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and product managers to deliver innovative solutions on aggressive timelines
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging technologies and opportunities for differentiation
- Drive agile methodologies and foster a culture of continuous improvement and experimentation
- Manage project budgets, resources, and stakeholder communications to ensure successful delivery and adoption
- Champion design thinking principles to create user-centric solutions that exceed expectations
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align project outcomes with long-term company vision and growth strategies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive experience in product/project management with at least 3 years in innovation or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching complex technology products from concept to market
- Expertise in agile methodologies, project management frameworks (Scrum, Kanban), and innovation processes
- Exceptional strategic thinking with ability to translate vision into actionable plans
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making and market analysis
- Outstanding leadership abilities with demonstrated success in building and motivating high-performance teams
