Responsibilities
- Architect scalable tech infrastructure for 50K+ concurrent users across mobile/web platforms
- Lead cross-functional teams of 15+ engineers in developing real-time athlete tracking systems
- Integrate AR/VR experiences for global 500M+ audience during opening ceremonies
- Implement AI-powered predictive analytics for venue crowd management and security
- Collaborate with Olympic committees on digital transformation strategy post-2026
- Drive innovation sprints for sustainability tech (carbon tracking, waste reduction)
- Maintain 99.99% uptime for critical Olympic broadcast systems
Qualifications
- 10+ years experience in large-scale distributed systems with 50M+ user capacity
- Expertise in cloud-native architecture (AWS/GCP) with Kubernetes orchestration
- Proven track record leading tech for global events (Olympics, World Cup, etc.)
- Strong background in computer vision and sensor fusion technologies
- Experience with blockchain for secure credentialing and ticketing systems
- Advanced degree in Computer Science or related field
- CISSP or equivalent security certification required
- Fluency in Mandarin, Spanish, or French preferred
