Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps for enterprise clients using predictive analytics and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify emerging tech opportunities in AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Author quarterly innovation briefs for C-suite executives at partner organizations
- Manage a $2M R&D budget for prototyping next-gen solutions
- Mentor a team of 5 futurists and data scientists
- Present at global innovation summits including CES and Web Summit
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic consulting or corporate innovation with SaaS/tech focus
- Proven track record of launching future-facing products/services
- Expertise in horizon scanning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Certification in Futures Studies or equivalent (e.g., WFS, APF)
- Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Published thought leadership in Harvard Business Review or similar
- Fluency in English with additional language preferred
