Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year innovation roadmaps for emerging technologies
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum-resistant security systems
- Secure federal/state R&D grants totaling $5M+
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions (MIT, Stanford) and government labs
- Present strategic frameworks at Davos, CES, and UN Tech Summits
- Mentor 10+ futurists in ethics-driven innovation methodologies
- Commercialize 3+ patented technologies by 2026
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ in emerging tech commercialization
- PhD in Computational Science or equivalent R&D leadership experience
- Proven track record securing $10M+ in R&D funding
- Expertise in quantum computing, neuro-interfaces, or climate-tech
- Published white papers on AI ethics or post-human technologies
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, Rust, or C++)
- Security clearance (or ability to obtain)
