Responsibilities
- Design and execute 2026 technology roadmaps integrating AI ethics, quantum resilience, and climate-positive innovation
- Lead high-impact R&D initiatives in emerging fields including neuro-interfaces and decentralized autonomous systems
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and global tech consortia
- Translate complex scientific concepts into actionable business strategies
- Drive patent development and IP portfolio expansion for futuristic technologies
- Mentor cross-disciplinary teams of engineers, futurists, and data scientists
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with proven impact in emerging tech
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI governance, or sustainable tech
- Track record of launching industry-defining products or research initiatives
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurist Studies
- Experience securing multi-million dollar innovation grants
- Published author or speaker at global tech summits
- Certification in futures thinking or strategic foresight
