Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership with proven impact
- Expertise in emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, Web3, or neurotech)
- Track record of launching products with 7-figure+ revenue impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Strategy
- Proficiency in scenario planning and futures methodology frameworks
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive communication skills
- Experience scaling innovation labs in high-growth environments
- Certification in Agile/Scrum or equivalent innovation methodologies
