Responsibilities

- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and AI governance
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board members quarterly
- Partner with R&D to prototype 2026-ready solutions with 18-month launch cycles
- Mentor junior strategists in future-focused methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 3+ years in emerging tech planning
- Proven track record of executing 5-year+ digital transformation initiatives
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, climate tech, or neurotech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFS, Foresight Practitioner)
- Experience leading $10M+ budgets and matrixed teams

- Proficiency in strategic foresight tools (horizon scanning, scenario planning)
