Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech innovation or R&D leadership
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Futuristics
- Proven track record of shipping at least two industry-defining products
- Expertise in quantum computing, neuromorphic systems, or post-silicon architectures
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals
- Experience securing $5M+ in innovation grants or VC funding
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (horizon scanning, Delphi analysis)
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming frameworks
