- Translate complex technical concepts into strategic business frameworks for C-suite stakeholders
- Establish KPIs and measurement systems for innovation initiatives
- Forge strategic partnerships with tech startups and research institutions
- Present innovation strategies to executive boards and investor committees
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, product development, or technology consulting
- Proven track record in launching tech-forward products/services post-2020
- Expertise in emerging technologies: generative AI, quantum computing, or climate tech
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with ability to model complex scenarios
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., CEIM, PDMA) preferred
- Experience scaling teams in high-growth tech environments
