Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end innovation pipeline for 2026-era technologies including quantum computing applications and neuro-interfaces
- Develop market entry strategies for next-generation consumer and enterprise products
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies and societal shifts
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype minimum viable futures
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite and venture partners
- Manage innovation incubator programs with external startups
- Author thought leadership on future technology trends
Qualifications
- 8+ years in product strategy, innovation consulting, or emerging tech roles
- Proven track record launching category-defining products
- Expertise in future-casting methodologies (e.g., Delphi, scenario planning)
- Strong understanding of AI/ML, Web3, and biotech convergence points
- Exceptional stakeholder management across technical and non-technical audiences
- Graduate degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating innovation frameworks and impact metrics
- Experience with agile futures planning in fast-evolving domains
