- Conduct horizon scanning and scenario planning for market shifts through 2026
- Partner with C-suite executives to align innovation strategy with long-term business objectives
- Establish governance frameworks for emerging technology adoption and risk mitigation

- Mentor next-gen innovators in strategic foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, technology consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Proven track record in developing long-term technology roadmaps beyond 2025
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, AGI, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Business Strategy, or related field
- CFRP (Certified Foresight Practitioner) or equivalent foresight certification preferred
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in trend analysis and scenario planning
- Strong executive communication abilities to articulate complex future concepts
