Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional strategy sprints with R&D, product, and venture capital teams
- Produce forward-looking trend reports and scenario-planning models for board-level decision-making
- Build and maintain an external network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Drive organizational adoption of exponential thinking methodologies
- Oversee the innovation pipeline from ideation to market validation
- Mentor junior strategists and champion future-focused culture initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of developing multi-year technology roadmaps
